Welcome to M.G.M. Public School. By accessing our website, submitting admission forms, enrolling students, or using any school services, parents, guardians, students, and visitors agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are framed to maintain discipline, transparency, academic excellence, and a safe educational environment for all members of the school community.

1. Admission Rules & Eligibility

Admission to M.G.M. Public School is granted strictly on the basis of eligibility criteria, document verification, age requirements, academic records, and seat availability. Submission of admission forms does not guarantee confirmation of admission.

Parents and guardians are required to provide accurate information and valid documents during the admission process. Any incorrect, misleading, or false information provided at the time of admission may lead to cancellation of admission without prior notice.

The school management reserves the right to accept or reject any admission application based on institutional policies and administrative decisions.

2. Fee Payment & Financial Policies

All school fees including admission fees, tuition fees, transport charges, examination fees, annual charges, and activity fees must be paid within the prescribed due dates.

Delayed payment may attract late fines or temporary suspension from classes, examinations, transportation facilities, or other services. Continuous non-payment of fees may result in cancellation of admission.

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable except in cases approved by the school management under special circumstances.

3. Student Discipline & Conduct

Students are expected to maintain discipline, respect school rules, and behave responsibly within the school campus as well as outside during school-related activities, tours, events, or competitions.

Any act involving misconduct, bullying, violence, abusive language, vandalism, cheating, or indiscipline may result in strict disciplinary action including warning notices, suspension, or expulsion depending upon the severity of the situation.

Students are expected to show respect toward teachers, staff members, fellow students, and school property at all times.

4. Attendance & Academic Responsibility

Regular attendance is compulsory for all students. Students must attend classes punctually and actively participate in academic activities, examinations, assignments, projects, and school programs.

Absence from school without proper information or valid reason may affect academic performance and eligibility for examinations. Parents are requested to inform the school administration in case of illness or unavoidable absence.

Students with consistently low attendance may face restrictions regarding examinations, promotions, or participation in school activities.

5. Uniform, Identity Card & Appearance

Students are required to attend school in proper prescribed uniform along with school identity cards. Maintaining cleanliness, discipline, and appropriate appearance is considered an important part of school culture.

Students not following uniform guidelines or appearing without ID cards may not be allowed to attend classes until compliance is ensured.

The school reserves the right to issue disciplinary notices for repeated violations.

6. Examination & Evaluation Rules

Students must strictly follow examination guidelines issued by the school. Any involvement in unfair practices such as cheating, use of unauthorized materials, impersonation, or disturbance during examinations will be treated seriously.

The school reserves the right to cancel examination papers, withhold results, or take disciplinary action in case of violation of examination rules.

Academic evaluation decisions taken by the school and examination authorities shall be considered final.

7. School Property & Campus Responsibility

Students must take proper care of classrooms, furniture, laboratories, library resources, sports equipment, smart classroom devices, and all other school property.

Any intentional damage, misuse, or vandalism caused to school property will result in financial penalties and disciplinary action.

Parents may also be held responsible for compensating damages caused by students.

8. Safety, Security & Restricted Items

The school maintains necessary safety and security arrangements for students and staff members. However, students are advised not to bring valuable items, jewelry, electronic gadgets, sharp objects, or prohibited materials to school premises.

The school shall not be held responsible for loss of personal belongings brought by students to the campus.

School authorities reserve the right to inspect student belongings if required for safety or disciplinary reasons.

9. Parent Cooperation & Communication

Parents and guardians are expected to maintain healthy communication with teachers and school authorities regarding student progress, discipline, attendance, and academic development.

Parents are encouraged to attend parent-teacher meetings, school events, counseling sessions, and official meetings regularly.

Any concerns related to students should be communicated respectfully through proper school channels rather than through inappropriate public behavior.

10. Policy Updates & Administrative Rights

M.G.M. Public School reserves the right to update, modify, or revise school rules, fee structures, academic schedules, examination policies, transportation rules, and institutional guidelines whenever necessary without prior notice.

The decisions taken by the school management regarding disciplinary, academic, administrative, or financial matters shall be considered final.
